Expectations

Students will get enthusiastic about setting up a data collection site, about what to ask for in addition to rock responses, about tallying the data, about picking the model, about fitting the model, and about selecting comparison criteria between groups.

It is appropriate to have individuals or subgroups write up their own report on what they did with the data, e.g., fitting and comparison.
