Author
assures ISA to the best of his or her knowledge that the paper/presentation is
original and will not infringe on any copyright or proprietary right of
another. Author assures ISA that the paper/presentation will contain no

any formula or instruction that may cause harm if not followed properly and

provide ISA with all necessary government or employer clearances, if any,
regarding the disclosure to the general public of any proprietary or secure
technical data.
It is
understood and agreed that only the rights of copyright are transferred and
that any proprietary rights to any techniques, patents or inventions, or other
matters described in the paper/presentation are retained by the Author. Author

the use or copy of the paper/presentation does not express or imply ISA’s
endorsement of any product or service, and c) no charge or fee is made for any
distributed copy of the paper/presentation. This license may not be
sublicensed, and no other publication of the paper/presentation is permitted
without the prior written consent of ISA. If the paper/presentation was
prepared under a U.S. Government contract by someone other than a U.S.
Government employee, then ISA also grants the U.S. Government a royalty-free,
nonexclusive limited license to reproduce and distribute, and to sublicense
others to reproduce and distribute, all or portions of the paper for purposes
related to the contact only under the same conditions imposed on the Author’s
license stated above.
If the
paper/presentation is not accepted for publication, then the transfer and
assignment of copyright shall be void and ISA will return the
paper/presentation to Author.
