Rose-Hulman Athletic Training Staff   The RHIT athletic training staff are certified members of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and licensed as Athletic Trainers in the State of Indiana.                 Scott Keller, MS, LAT, ATC * Head Athletic Trainer Scott Keller administers an athletic training program for 21 varsity sports.  Scott enters his seventh season as athletic trainer at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Scott assisted the Indianapolis Colts during orthopedic screenings of the nation’s top college football players at the National Invitational NFL Scouting Combine the past seven years.  Scott has also served as an assistant athletic trainer at Indiana State University. Scott serves as the head athletic trainer for football, softball, swimming and indoor track teams at Rose-Hulman this season, along with providing assistance for all other sports. Scott earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in athletic training at Indiana State University. E-mail:  scott.keller@rose-hulman.edu Phone: (812) 877-8270 Fax: (812) 872-6051   Kristen Cole, MS, LAT, ATC             * Assistant Athletic Trainer Kristin Cole enters her seventh season as assistant athletic trainer at Rose-Hulman this fall.  Kristen will serve as the head athletic trainer for the men's and women's soccer teams, track and tennis at Rose-Hulman this season, along with providing assistance for all other sports. Kristen worked for the United States Olympic Committee in the ARCO Olympic Trainer during the 2001-02 year. She provided coverage to athletes in 12 Olympic sports, including soccer, track and softball. Kristen also worked as an athletic trainer at Indiana State University, where she served as an athletic training coordinator for the 2003 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Cross Country National Championship. Kristen earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in athletic training at Indiana State University. Jim will serve as the head athletic trainer for the volleyball, men's basketball and baseball teams along with providing assistance for all other sports. Jim has spent the last six years as an athletic trainer at Biomax Rehabilitation/Bonutti Orthopedics in Effingham IL.  Along with clinical responsibilities Jim was the athletic trainer for Newton Community High school. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Indiana State University.  He earned a master’s degree in Physical Education at Eastern Illinois University.
